SOLLJUS saves 70% on electricity at the road

A highly efficient reflector and optics delivers the light as a rectangular surface along the road. No light is lost and the neighbours around will not be disturbed. That is why a 35 Watt Solljus delivers more light on the road than light fittings with 90 Watt sodium and 125 Watt mercury. Thus Solljus saves 70% on electricity. Solljus 35 Watt is recommended for ski tracks, cycle roads and motor roads and 70 Watt for bigger high ways.

Solljus' divergent angle along the road is limited to 120° in order to not dazzle the road-user.
The life span of the Solljus lamp is extended to 15,000 hours thanks to the use of an electronic gear.
The life span of the Solljus gear is exrtended to 80,000 hours thanks to efficient cooling from a big steel reflector, a housing with large cooling flanges and no use of an insulating cover.
Solljus delivers light of approximately the same quantity and quality for the main part of the life span.
